All of our projects are produced following the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). This is a continuous self-improvement process deeply rooted in instructional design methodology. The ADDIE model  ensures that the technology requirements, target audience, and media selection for each project are well defined prior to development. The results are finished projects that match communication goals with business objectives - and more important are used by the people they are intended to reach.
